Saw a nice 11 pt. in the same spot this morning. Couldn't get to the cell phone before he'd left. A little piece of whitetail heaven in the Hill Country for sure.

Flintlock firing in slow motion video

Shot this video of a friend firing his .50 cal flinty last weekend. He'd played with the amount and type of powder in the pan to slow things down a little for effect. Thought you all might a look....
