I talked to guy from Colorado when I was there....

I talked to guy from Colorado when I was there. He was there over Christmas also he showed me videos of some of the birds it seemed like they where holding better he did have some really good dogs....

I just use salt, garlic powder, pepper, season salt; rub the entire thing let it sit for a 1/2 hr to allow the seasonings to be absorbed in it a little.
