when the shop put mine on they covered the hook in the mole skin... but then they also put it on the shelf of the rest... but heres the kicker... they built the shelf up in the front with 2 pieces...

pop up blind help

this will be my wifes second year hunting with a bow. she doesnt like hights so stands ar kind of out, weve built her a couple of ground blinds but she would like to try one of the pop up kind... ...

my local shop sold me some stuff called Dri-tite, it seemed to work good for waterproofing, easy to apply, it comes in a powder and a liquid that you just let dry. i think im gonna go back to...

i went to the pro shop on monday to get some arrows and tried one of the archery research bows, this thing was awsome... smooth quiet and no recoil... but i havent seen any posts on these.. ...

N.A.P. make things called fork tamers, cabelas sells them fo 6 bucks... ive been using the same set for 3 years and they still look and work like new. and they are very very quiet

i passed up a 7 point and a larger 6 point opening day... they were sparing about 25 yards from my tree for about 15 minutes... i was hoping for something bigger.. well i havnt had a larger buck...
