I have had no problem with noise. I put two layers of mole skin on the shelf and one layer on the rest.
It quiets it down quite nicely.

My setup is 29" 70# with string loop, peep and TT rest. With the limb bolts backed off two turns about 62# a 369.5 grain arrow is flying at 297.5fps so i think you should be at or above...

Here are some numbers that I am getting with a 29in draw string loop, nock and peep.

@ 70#
360 grains at 311fps
380 grains at 304fps
405 grains at 297fps

@ 66#
360 grains at 303fps...

:divide by 32.414 for gravity
Mass x Velocity = Momentum
