I used the Carlson rifled choke tube in my Win 1200 28" vr barrel and was able to get 3" groups out to 75 yds, 100yds was stretched out slightly opening up to around 5".

As for scopes, My Rem 870 Sure Shot wears a Nikon 2-7x32 slug gun scope.
I especially like the BDC reticle to take the guessing out when making that shot!

For my Endevour I'm shooting a 250gr Barnes TMZ and 120grs loose FFG Triple 7 powder.
Before that it was a 250gr SST/FTX with 3x T7 or Pyrodex pellets.
