I agree with the above. If you shoot a lot then you would want to change strings more often. If you are only using it for hunting and practice before the season than it should last much longer.

Basically sets up the same asa the Bitzenbergers and just as reliable. I have 6 bitz's and 6 Graylings. When I fletch a dozen shafts you can't tell which came off of which jig.

I set my pins at 20, 30 and 40 yards. Found no need for 10 yard pin on the newer faster bows. I hold my 20 yard pin on for anything closer than 20 yards.

It may be possible that you are torquing the bow. Also rest may need adjusted. Do you shoot with a tight grip on the bow or a relaxed grip on the bow?

Best thing to do is shoot them all and make up your own mind which feels best to you. The one that feels best to you as far as grip and draw should be the one you go with, not the one someone else...

I have to agree with the others. If I can get good vane clearance with the helical fletch I go with them. They always seem to help stabilize the arrow much better for broadheads.

I have built one using celotex. I used 2 5ft. 2x6's for the top and bottom. then I cut the celotex in 1ft by 4ft pieces and stacked. Then used 1/2" all thread on the sides to compress the target....

I do not think it makes mcuh difference between right wing and left wing except when fletching if you have left helical you need to use left wings and vice versa.

I tie in a nock set to go under nock and then tie my loop below nock set and above nock. That way i am sure the loop knot is not going to slide up and pinch the nock.

I would also suggest going to a local shop and see if they have any bow boxes that they would be willing to get rid of. The bow case is going to add a good bit in wieght and to the cost of shipment....
