How could I tell if a bear is a good size bear to shoot with a bow in Maine? And is 70lbs. draw weight enough for a bear.(I can't pull back too much because I'm only 13 years old.)

I'm 13 and my biggest buck was a 10 pointer. I shot him with my 30/06. But that was last season and this season I plan to get a p&y or a b&c buck.
