I don't lease land to hunt on, but the going price here is around $3-3.50 pre acre. I don't know if this price includes insurance or not. But having insurance would be a plus for the landowner. ...

You might consider grain rye and then do a bit of frost seeding with a clover later in the season. I would stay clear of ryegrass. Some hunters have good luck with it, but if the deer don't eat it,...

As someone early one said, consider joining QDMA. They have some good books and videos available not to mention their quarterly journal Quality Whitetails. Membership is only $25/yr.
