Yes, I practice in the evenings, after sun set under low light conditions. I use ground blinds both natural and commercial. The double bull casts a pretty good shadow. Also most of my stands...

nope...any shot is not better than no shot IMO, because many deer have died slow agonizing deaths due to irresponsible forced shots. Like the one I took on a moving deer when I was 23 years old....

I can't agree more. I think if we all put the health and quality of the deer herds first, then we would rarely harvest young bucks. Special circumstances....like for first year hunters...
