I have been using a home Vacuum Machine for 20+years now. FoodSavor sells them. I think Cabella's (mag) offers a model that is better quality than the best one...

Biggest dang Canner I'd ever hear'd of.
You can put in 22 quart jars to Can. WOW!
More realistic, 7 quart jars, 9 pints....
