Not sure what your idea of long range shooting is, but some years ago about 2009-ish I was shooting some Federal high end bonded ammo (forget the exact bullet at the moment) and it shot tight as heck...

As far as a laser goes I would not waste the money. A well versed shooter will always be faster and more accurate with irons than a laser.
