i love the bow , only problem for me it is a little more than i can shoot with comfort, only 51 @28 but I am 63 @240 . I probably will trade it for one in the 45 to 48 range

do not go cheap, for 550 you should be able to find a Ruger that will last forever, a top of the line single action. best to have a good used revolver than a new cheap one

the only thing i would add is to always practice from where you plan to hunt[ tree stand, ground blind, ect] do it before you go hunting and this will be one of a few hundred mistakes you won't have...

I sure hope the widows are worth the money as I have a PLV on its way to me right now.
it will be my first longbow so hopefully i will be a better judge in another few weeks
