Waterfowl season is about to start! IT'S ON!

Early goose season starts September 3. Duck season starts September 24th. Got all the goose decoys out, sent some of the Hardcores in to be repainted, and re-flocked the heads on some of our Averys....

The only thing I have found there good for is to make jerky out of them. That is pretty good. Anyone else got any other recipes to take that wild liver like taste out of them?
