Unfortunately, anything in the northern half of WV is invaded by non residents big time..mostly MD and PA hunters. Head to the southern part of the state if you wish to have any area at all that...

Seems that with the new testing, several more cases are being report. DNR is currently waiting confirmation, including one possible in neighboring Hardy county WV. This isnt good.....not good at all....

Winchester loads the 140 gr Failsafe in factory form. It is the only factory load I shoot in any of my .280 REM rifles. It will kill any elk ever made no problem. The failsafe is an excellent bullet...
