I shot a bird at 50+ last year with HeviShot Magnum Blend and he went from happy to taking a dirt nap as soon as I pulled the trigger. HeviShot #6 is certainly capable of killing birds at 60 or more...

Try the HeviShot turkey choke with Hevi-13 shotshells. I seriously doubt that you can pattern better or kill the turkeys better.

You shoot maybe 3 shells a year and can't afford Hevi-13? The NWTF has a still target competition to see what shell patterns the best and Hevi-13 seals the deal in every category every year. How much...

Try Rogers for HEVISHOT. Also, watch for rebates, you can save a ton of money with em'. I use Hevi and think it is the only way to go. I don't have to worry about cripples and nothing patterns as...

The best pattern I have gotten with my Benelli Nova or my SX3 came from a HEVISHOT turkey choke tube and Hevi-13. I have tried several tubes and am really happy with this combo. Patterns really tight...

I have also found post-mortem, that the #4 Hevishot does pass through the geese inside 40 yards. The density of these loads is unbelievable, I'm not one for shots way out there, but this would...

I tried the Hevi Magnum Blend this last fall with killer results. Before hunting I patterned it and was really surprised at how tight the patterns were. Killed a Tom past 50 yards with it!

I would recommend the HeviShot turkey choke. I shoot an SX3 and when I went from the factory tube to the HeviShot tube my pattern tightened up a good deal. I shoot the Hevi-13 in #6 and have also...

HeviShot B is deadly on geese. I even use #4 HeviShot in 3 inch for geese. The B load in 2 3/4 is a very effective load. There are plenty of pellets and remember, the shot speed is about the same as...

shooting at longer distances

I have been reading about people shooting birds at 60-65 yards. I don't agree with this practice, as it is too easy to cripple a bird. I try to shoot geese at no more than 40-45 yards, and I use...

If you can't get in close, use a tight choke tube. HeviShot makes an extended range choke tube that patterns tight. Use that choke tube with HEVIShot goose loads. HEVIShot will extend your lethal...

I usually shoot Hevi-Metal 3 inch #2 at geese and ducks. They pattern really well out of my gun and kill the birds stone dead.

The HeviShot should group very well out of your turkey choke. The shells are a little more than lead, but if you can't call that Tom in close, you'll be glad you spent a few extra bucks!
