I sure haven't seen a slow down in Bowtech sells in my area, there are many reasons a shop might not carry them. I would just go to a different shop or buy it on line and be done with it.

Slow start to KY season?

I live in the eastern part of KY and so far our deer sighting numbers are low, I know the weather has been warm to hot but there just doesn't seem to be very many does being seen and not very fawns...

Yes on KY WMA's, just be sure you hunt in one of the Central or western Ky WMAs. We don't have much in the eastern part of the state , plenty of elk running around up here.:D

Mathews is the most overated thing in archery, if you took their high paid pro shooters and but them on any other brands of bow they could shoot just as well or the wouldn't be pro shooters-money...

This is a nice buck taken by Chris Boyd in Floyd Co Ky Nov 03 that I scored Buckmasters 183 with spread 204 4/8. Old strip mine deer.

I myself, shoot 35-55 GT Pro LItes and have not had any trouble shooting them from 55 to 65 lbs out of my Bowtechs. They hold very well...

dixie, my Justice has 60# limbs, shooting it at 58# with my 292 grain GT in shots a very consistant 277fps at 28" draw. Arrows are 27".

P&Y allows any let-off now, old rule was 65%, that has changed. You will find that at 80% you are holding less poundage , which means you can hold for a longer period if weight is a problem for you...

I test shot one Thursday but didn't notice any loud noise, Why would you expect it? The 60lb model that I tested shot over 300fps and was a great bow for the price.
