I bowhunted with these guys last year http://www.wkyhilltophunting.com/ Saw a bunch of deer and killed a nice 124" buck the 3rd day of my hunt. Not sure if his rifles hunts are in your price...

From the looks of the distrubution map on the NWTF site it looks like all of units 1,3, and 4 are Rio's as well as a portion of unit 2. I'd sayaround 2/3 of the state areRio's according to the map.

I've been talking to Adrian Hare about an Osceola hunt down at Chappy's Outfitters for a few weeks and finally decided to go down and hunt with him. My wife's grandparents live about 2 hrs from there...
