What!!?? Surely you jest. A firearm that requires a deliberate pull of the hammer back is about as safe as can be. If a person walks around the woods with the hammer back he is the dangerous part...

Last year I quit using typical greasy rail lube and starting using PB Blaster spray teflon on the rail, no more wear on the serving. Just my two cents.
