You can't go wrong with a 270 WSM...I love mine to death! It's accurate as hell, knocks the $hit outta deer and very easy on the shoulder. I've been in love with mine since the day I bought it.

PS....I agree with RR though...I love my Tikka! That being said, a Savage 10 or 11 would also be a decent choice and it's hard to beat a Rem 700.
