Most bows are good now a days. I have not shot either but i have heard good things about G5. My advice would be to try a few different shops and shoot a bunch of bows, Have fun and take your time...

I ordered two packs of broadheads from the a year or so ago, they sent one, charged me for one. when i tried two straighten out and get the other one(i wanted to pay for broadheads,but not shipping)...

I had a friend who hung his browning bow to close to his woodburner in the garage, he eded up with severe delamination on his limbs. I was suprised the bow even held together.

Im sure they put a lot of thought into there price, Just because you charge alot does not mean you going to make money there has to be a balance, if they could charge less make more and get a bigger...

Your best bet would be just to take it to your local pro shop and get there opinion. they will be able to check the bow out and tell you if it will work for you or not.

Misswampgod i also shoot vortex broadheads best broadhead ive ever shot, also had problems finding them after cablelas stopped carrying them try this place there quite a bit cheaper than cabelas...
