it sounds like your scope might be moving on you, also make sure you clean the barrel every 3 shots. i dont know if this will matter, but it sounds like your shooting to heavy of a bullet for that...

i dont know if you only want a semi auto, but the ruger singe six revolvers are pretty nice and are really accurate for a .22. they also make a good trapping gun.
