yes, it does mean the product was bad if it got bugs. a properly tanned cape shouldnt get bugs. take the mount back to your taxi and demand a refund.

i agree with the other people, theres more things to be concerned about then the cape, the ear buts are to low, hair sticking up in the throat, brisket not centered, no muscle definition and eyes...
