In Idaho we have the same PROBLEM. Always remember this was mandated by U.S. fish and Game ( aka: The Feds ). Idaho never wanted Wolves. What happen to States Rights.

I like the Black Gold sights....they have the brightest pins, great company, guaranteed for Life, and made in Montana. For me the have bright pins which work well in Heavy timber and early mornings.

This is my Ladys first Hog, she used a TC White Mt. 54 cal. and a Power belt bullet. This hunt was in Shoshone Idaho, and it was her Birthday too.

First thing I would do is paper tune your setup. How fast is your arrow speed ? Also what kind of BH ? If you are using a fixed blade BH, then use a compact BH like a slick trick.

I use a fletcher in my lights out a 3/16. Great for hunting and 3D. No problem with string twist. I still use orignal strings too. I shoot about 20 arrows everyday.
