I was out the whole 2nd season and had no luck....

I was out the whole 2nd season and had no luck. Saw a lot of deer but they were running or in heavy cover. I was hunting public land and there was alot of pressure.

I've had several foxes mess up my hunt by chasing the deer. I don't think deer like dogs. Had a coyote in the area last season, didn't see a deer until the coyote was shot and removed from the area.

Never shot the rage heads, my buddies use them and have mixed opinions. I shoot muzzy and montec heads with no issues.

Thanks for the info guys. Murdy I heard the same story from several people in the northern end of the state.
The corn is getting knocked down everyday up here so hopefully the herd starts to move...
