If the weight extends out of the bow with more mass away from the bow than on the bow it would be considerd a stabilizer. The weight must be added in a way it does not extend away from the bow.

pin sights of this type have been allowed but the rule remains no adjustments if your protested by someone else that you used the adjustment on the range and it is upheld you will be disqualified.
