I just topped my .243 with a Leupold Rifleman. So far I like it! Leupolds are good but it's hard to beat that Zeiss Conquest.

I cut some cedar limbs up from the area I hunt and boil them. I then pour the orange water into a spray bottle and walla you' ve got cedar cover scent. Works great for me.

I also purchased two rubbermaid containers from Walmart. I store my boots in one of them and my clothes in the other with baking soda. It makes it easy to transport my stuff.

I used the rest for hunting one season and replaced it with a bodoodle. I shoot aluminum arrows and it was too loud when I drew back. I' ve got a buddy who shoots carbons and it is extremely quiet....

I second the Black Hole, however broadheads do seem to tear it up quick. Just shooting field tips though it would last a very long time. I' ve shot broadheads into the center of mine a few times...

I know that here in Texas in times of drought the ranches will tourch the catus burning off the stickers so that the cattle can eat it. I' m sure deer will eat it if there aren' t any stickers on it.

My favorite would have to be my Bodoodle Zapper. That' s the best accessory on my bow I believe. Accurate and with a little " Silent Cote" (teflon paint coating) it is very quite.
