I have processed my game my entire life. Bone it out, cut into steaks and roast with a filet knife, neck meat and scaps for stew meat or grind it up for hamburger.

When I was a kid in Montana, me and my brother killed a few deer with abnormal growths. We took the deer into the Fish and Game Department and they gave us replacement tags and let us keep the racks....
