Im from maine.. Im thinking its the decine in the deer population thats declining our hunters.. The last 3-4 years we have has some tough winters it seems the deer are getting more and more scarce...

very true.... ive never steped one foot in a ranch... ive been deer hunting for 6 years and have gotten only 2 deer but thats the thrill of the hunt being able to out smart a deer not sit in a 30...

how to put an edge on a fleshing tool

my fleshing knife came without a sharp edge and im wondering how to put an edge on it.. ive thought about taking to the the bench grinder but i want a second opinon so i dont screw anything up..

i was wondering if it would be worth trying some kind of scent cover like scent-lok on my coyote and fox sets to kill some unwanted scent? has anyone tried this?

here in maine we had a very early spring usually we still have a little snow left in the begining of april, but this year all the snow was gone and the turkeys were breeding in the middle of march,...

yes you CAN kill a coyote with 22. under 50 yard with a well placed shot i think you shouldnt have much of a problem if your using a semi auto put a couple in him just make sure you do your very best...
