Go to the Mathews forum. The noise is most likely coming from the two plastic pieces that your yoke cables attach to. There has been a lot of talk on mathews forum about that.

I just went off of a picture. The PVC frame is 1" and the arrow holder PVC is 2". I "dry fit" everything and got out my bows tofigure out the rest of the measurments.
