I killed my first deer, on my first hunt ever, with Hornady SST's in my Mossberg 20 Gauge. One shot dropped the Doe from about 25 yards. I got nothing but good things to say about em', obviously.

"It is addictive. I love being in the woods. BTW I bet the noise the buck made wasn't a grunt but blowing out air. The does do that alot as do bucks (just not as often) Not saying he didn't grunt but...
