My brother accidentally dropped his 8x42 Nikon Monarch out of his treestand about 30ft. up and he is still using them. Granted they must of hit right but still.:-)

Hi Tom, Riflescopes have more opitcal glass [elements]in them and I noticed that my Leupold 2-7x33 riflescope set at 7X would not pick up the detail that my Swarovski 7x30SLC would on a foggy day....
