Go to a medical supply store and get a donut cushion. It looks like a 16" inflatable donut. You can adjust the pressure for a comfortable seat and they cost less than $7.00

It is not ethical to TRY a head shot. No matter how good of a shot you are (or think you are), you cannot becertain ofa clean quick kill. The deer could mover or your aim could be a little off.

Whichever you can shhot the best and have the most confidence in. All the energy from a heavier 30cal. bullet, does not mean a thing if you cannot place a good shot.
