Wyoming antelope unit 32 question

I just drew for a wyoming antelope buck tag for unit 32. I have no idea about this unit or antelope hunting. I have heard that you can pay landowners a trespass fee to hunt. Is this true?

100% DIY on public land. Took horses and got as far away from roads (people) as possible. Set up camp and killed two bulls on opening morning.
