I have a pair of Baush and Lomb 10x50 Legacy's..I went with 10x because I have 50mm objective lens, if I had gone with 40mm, I would have got 8x.

2 with a bow, and only one doe. Last year was the first year I have ever taken 2 deer.

I've also taken 3 bull moose.

Yes, Acorn at this time of year seem number 1. I would also suggest you get off the main trails, your four wheeler trails or logging roads and get into the bush. find the deer trails, and walk them....

Not only finding arrows/bolts, but in low light, legal shooting times, it can be very hard to see your exact impact point, esp with a Bow/crossbow shooting 300+fps.
