i'm not sure, but i think i would consider a food plot that exists all year long or a feeder that feeds all year long to be a far more effective baiting system than just baiting during the hunting...

wish they'd pass that in north carolina. if you don't have a lot of free time to hunt - the weekend may be your only time and the law cuts that opportunity in half and there is no good reason for it.
