i was wondering if the bushnell trailscout 3.0 is a good camera....i have seen them online for $200 + and i just saw the same one @ a local sporting goods store for $100...do you think its worth it...

i didnt see any rut activity up untill friday night....and now everytime i go out i see bucks chasing does...and i saw a doe with her tail pointing straight out with a buck walking right behind her...

i watched a little 5 pointer running 2 does this morning and the does just kept running in circles for about 10 mins.....i was also wondering why they would just keep doing circles.

thanks guys...um i think the camera is the wildveiw 2.0 its my buddys camera....it was only like 75 $ but it takes pretty good pics.

i saw one doe yesterday morning and i went back out yesterday after noon and had a BIG buck walk 23 yards from my stand...i shot....then i heard my arrow hit the tree behind him !!! [:@]....i walked...

lol...the land is in verona NY....and from what i hear verona has the most big buck around this area....so im happy !!!....it def. does look like good land , it all swampy with pines i cant...

just bought 100 acres of some of the best hunting around here...the guy we bought the land from said he got ahuge 7 pointer and another guy that hunted it got a MONSTER 12 pointer last year !! i hope...

its a remington 1100 12ga. with iron sights but i was using a cheap red dot from wal mart...but i brought that back yesterday and got a good one and i got it sighted in today....thats alot for all...

i have a smooth bore barrel no choke (it dont have threads for one) and i started at 60 yards...shot all over so i moved to 40 yards still shot all over then i moved to 20 yards and still shot all...

like 12 -15 inches !!!! its bad....but im hoping it was just that $30 scope i had...im going to try to sight in the one i got tonight ,it is supposed to be a good red dot , so we will see

they are rifled....so idk maybe it was just my scope i got some cheap red dot from wal mart but i brought that back just now and got a $160 one from a local gun shop....so hopefully it was just that...

hey im trying to sight in my gun but it just shoots all over and i know its not me.....i have never had this problem....i have a smooth barrel....should i be shooting rifled slugs or sabbotts ???

ok...i no the buck to doe ratio around here is not good...there is way more does then bucks.....and i have always heard if there is alot more does then there is bucks rattling will not work....is...

it makes sence its just i go up there and stay a good distance from all the wood lots and thickets there is up there and i can see just about everywhere he can possibly come out during day light...

yeah i have 2 nice 8 points on my camera to this year that are close to my stand...but every pic i have of them is late at night and i have NO CLUE where they are bedding....and its hard to tell...
