RE: I need a training collar????

I have put both my labs through what I consider general obedience training. I just think for the best results, considering I am new at this. I should go with an e collar to make things a little more...

RE: Why not wear a safety harness??

I think I just have a different outlook than most, but I view my odds of getting injured falling down my stairs or getting in a car wreck to be better than falling out of my stand. I am as careful as...

RE: rain rain go away

I have six inches of rain in the gauge, from yesterday and today. I doubt the deer have moved all that much. Although hunting a light rain or drizzle is my favorite time, especially if it quits while...

RE: Do many bucks die of old age?

When they say old age we are talking 10 to 12 years old, if they die in that age group I will directly contribute their demise to "old age". I just cant believe in my mind that a buck can survive...

Do many bucks die of old age?

I have several friends that believe a decent number of bucks die of old age. Their thinking, once a buck gets so old he becomes almost impossible to kill. I disagree. I believe that they get smarter...

RE: Lost in the woods

Getting turned around happens to everyone. Getting lost is a different story. I have never been lost, simply because of the preparation that goes into my hunts.
