New recipe idea........

Hunter Kirks thread about the Pepper goose steak gave me an idea for a venison recipe.

I'm gonna to take some tenderized venison....stir fry it up with peppers and onions and serve
it on a bed...

I dont hunt Turkey but they are thick here where I live. It seems like there are hundreds of them when they
roost in the trees at night. Maybe I do need to take up Turkey hunting! Nice pictures btw!

Very nice! I've been seeing all the signs of a big buck like that on my place but I have'nt spotted him yet.
Have seen several nicedoe though. 13 of them in one evening....but not that buck.

True.....but I know there are alot of folks out there that have
special ways of preparing venison and other kinds of game as well.
Little touches that keep it from being so dry and "gamey".
