I'm sure that land that is posted once again may be cheaper but you have to look at every aspect as to why. location, terrain, what is included etc... It may be just as nice, but I know what we are...

Our land has got tillable ground, I would say approx. 15 acres. A few of those being foodplots. quite a few oak, beech, cherry, maple,a few appletrees , not a forester though so I wouldn't know what...

Thanks for the response, before we posted our listing, we also checked some prices in the area and that is how we came up with this price, with everything included, we aren"t trying to rip anyone...
