So far, the responses I have heard on these cams is poor picture quality. Very grainy night pics and day pics seems to be slightly out of focus. I held back on them based on the comments so far :(

Definitely send them back. You have a 2 year warranty and yours are definitely defective. These cams work great, but like with all electronics, something may go wrong........

The one year battery life per Bushnell is when you use Lithium batteries. I personally didnt get to the full year but did get 10 months from one set :patriot:

Remember, Alkaline batteries suffer when the temp drops down low. In those situations, I use Lithium batteries. They hold up better in the cold. Most likely its the batteries and not the cam............
