I have heard of loads as low as 40 gr of t7 3f being used on deer out to 100 yards with no trouble, but I think for me I would look at 60 gr of t7 2f being the lowest I would go with a 240 or 250 gr...

They also have 350 gr keith nose lead for $0.25 (w/o sabots). Don't know exact diameter or qty, but they show 10 of them in the pic with green sabots (.430?). Sounds like a great bullet for the price.

Take a look at Sportsmans Guide. They had a .45 cal CVA Kodiak Pro (similar to the TC Omega) in stainless for about $150. If you are open to the .45, that looked like a great deal.

The Wolf is known as one of the fastest rusting muzzleloaders.If you get that one I would suggest using Blackhorn 209 (new non-corrosive muzzy powder) in 80-90 grain charges. That will work very well...
