RE: Just a friendly wager!!!

No I don't think I could, because the pressure of losing $$$ would be my focus, not the shot.

RE: New Strings and Paper tuning

Dan: If I paper tune the bow and Slick Tricks have the same POI at 40 yards (always have so far) as my field points, why would I want to do any thing more / different?

I would be sick if someone dry fired my bow. That's awesome that it basicslly survived with minor repair and has lasted a long time. :)

After an additional shooting session with the SWAT I ordered another one.

I also ended up switching to a lighter arrow. I'mpulling 67# on 29'' draw using a 360 grain arrow I averaged 301 FPS.

RE: 60# versus 70#...No difference in power? Maybe

Generally speaking, off the same bow, adding 10# of draw weight will add 23-25 fps, an inch of draw will add 9-11 fps.

I shot my X Force on 29'' from last summer until a couple of weeks ago....

Your rig does produce more momentum / KE than most traditional rigs.

60# versus 70#...No difference in power? Maybe

Can a 60 LB bow produce the same power as a 70 LB bow? Yes.

How does that compare to an average 70# bow? ...

I can't see any benefit of placing some vanes further forward. Vanesoffer the most control at the rear of the arrow. I think the staggered Blazers are just a "personalized" way of fletching.
