RE: cable slide upgrade?

Thanks for the input, does it actually give a slight speed increase, like they claim?

cable slide upgrade?

I wondered what bowtech owners were using for cable slides? The factory one doesn't allow blazers to clear unless you turn your fletching downward. Just thought I'd find out what others preferred.

drop away ?

On normal drop aways, if you tie onto the cable guard instead of the downward buss cable, would you then have equal pressure on both cables on a bianary cam? Just thinking out loud.

whammy users

Been looking for a hunting rest for my new bow. Kind of like the idea of a drop away that can be in the up position before being drawn. Wondered if anyone can tell me how the whammy has been for...

RE: fred bear lights out?

I set one up and shot it at the shop the other night. I thought for the money a pretty good bow. Very solid back wall. The suppressor really quieted it down and not much hand shock. If your into...

RE: tough question

I ordered an alley, just didn't think you could beat the blend of speed, size, and shootability. Now I need to decide between a ripcord or a octane hostage pro.

tough question

I'm trying to decide between buying a guardian or an allegiance as my next hunting bow. All input appreciated. I like the speed, weight of the ally. Like the quietness, center track cam, shock...

08 guardian

I was wondering if there are any changes to the 08 guardian from 07. I see they changed the cam a little on the 08 commander and put a draw stop on it. Did they do the same to the guardian?

82 for hunting?

I can't decide on the 82nd or 101st. Shot both and they felt great. Loved how they almost lock back into the valley. I'd really like theextra speed of the 82nd out here on the plains. I'm trying to...

I needed to replace thembecause I had moved my peep quite a bit without using a press and really frayed up that area and thought I should get a new one. My own fault. I ordered some rock solid...

RE: Gobbler guilitine

I would recommend trying the magnus bullhead. I shot one last week and never had to touch my setup (20 yards). No straws and no special arrow needed to shoot it and just as deadly. You tube has...
