Question kit vs custome build

anyone got any advise on purchasing a bow kit or building it with individual parts?

i know you can spend 200-300 on average and decent equipment in addition to the bow and probably more if you go...

a lot of people say to choose a bow by your eye domenance but is there a way to acuratly shoot a right handed bow wile being left eye dominant?
