I guess I didn't completly read the "wadlock barrel" but I still don't know what it means... Still I think the most important aspect of the bbl is the specs (choke). The 1100 is a great pheasant gun.

Like it but don't expect to much for accuracy. Factory setup shoots probably 2-2.5" with most factory ammo. Not much reason for the magnum barrels if you cant keep groups fatal beyond 250 yds.

Around here if we see a dog chasing a deer we can shoot it, half the year at least. Public or private land. Warden or law enforcement can shoot them any time of year if they are seen chasing deer....
