I always grab my 3D target and shoot it over and over again until I feel good. Sometimes I will have a friend over and we have shooting competitions.

I gun hunt and bow hunt. Although I prefer bowhunting over gun hunting and I can agree that bow hunters feel more elite and they should. Bow hunting is much more challenging and difficult.

Sure it is ok to set up over a bedding area. I know a few people who have tried that but just be careful not to scare the deer out of there. Good Luck

I would have shot the deer in the shoulder. Especially if it was a 30-06 I was using. That type of gun would have took out the shoulder and then the heart and lungs and that deer would not have gone...
