one other important item not mentioned is when down sizing it is a good idea to anneal the case necks, since the heat from firing them makes the hard. then working them in the dies to cram them down...

thanks alot BG that helps but i still have 2 more dumb questions. if i change strings will i have to tune from scratch all over. or can the bow shop that installs the string replace my nock points...

not to sound silly here but being a newbie what make for a good string as opposed to an of the shelf string.

hello all, first off as you can surely tell i am a greenhorn. i just took up bow this season. got my first deer last saturday night, not agreat shot but it was effective. that is not the point though...
