update: well bear archery's customer service manager finally called me, but only after bubba from primos and others in the industry had called and asked what and why did they do this stupid thing....

I would suggest to anybody to look at other bows besides the bears, they will not back up warranties very well anymore and expect you to send back a brand new bow that i had just got off the shelf...

Just to give you guys an update on my new marquis, its all they say it is and more. I havnt been this impressed with a new bow in some time, I buy a new bow for 3d tournaments and hunting every year....
