I take all the meat off that I can get. I seperate it and label it for jerky or burger. I even take the meat between the ribs, great for making jerky. I try to leave only the bones for the coyotes....

Yeah he was about 15 to 20 yards from me and he saw me when I stood up. I think he even saw the fire in my eyes. Oh well he was out hunting also.
