What people don't understand is that the animal plays a large part in the hunt.

You can have a fair chase whitetail hunt on acreage in the hundreds to thousands of acres if it is fenced, because...

Deer don't have great noses... I mean... they will bust you if they get downwind of you, but a pig's nose is light years ahead of a deer's

fawns get caught in hogwire fence all the time when they get spooked and try to jump over it, but mistime it... I find one or two just about every year with their hind leg caught in the fences around...
